Rule for Owned but Unused Property

CityRP's rules do not include a rule letting admins act on buildings that are owned but not being used.

Why

Rejected by staff vote in 2018. The rule was not needed, since staff can already intervene, and the rules page had been deliberately trimmed so that new players are not overloaded. That trimming serves Meet Players Where They Are: a new player should be able to join and get going without first reading a long rulebook.
