CityRP does not allow players to run their own client-side Lua, even for harmless uses such as driving the piano from a MIDI controller.
Why
Declined by Faustie in 2019 on security grounds: allowing clientside Lua opens the server to cheats and exploits, so "this can't be added to the server for security reasons." The antihack still blocks player-run Lua, and any feature that depends on it falls with it.
