Public Kill Feed

CityRP does not show kill messages to every player, in the console or anywhere else. Kill messages are deliberately hidden from clients.
Why
Denied by Jono in 2017 because a public record of who killed whom invites exploitation and revenge killing. Players who need evidence of RDM while no admin is online can already file a ban request.
