MapAddons

Map addons plugin. Per-map conveniences that run from fixed areas of the map: the KFC drive-through, fishing, fuel pumps, parking, outside repairs, and a few fixes for single maps. Each addon is a file of its own; this one owns the area lookup and the timers that drive them.
