Raid Vehicle Storage Rule

CityRP's rules do not forbid storing raiders' vehicles in your base.

Why

Rejected by staff vote in 2018. The rule would help stop cyclical raids, but it would also catch bases where holding other people's vehicles is the roleplay, such as a chop shop or an impound lot.
