Noclip To Get Unstuck

CityRP does not give stuck players noclip.
Why
Declined by Temar in 2017 because noclip would be easy to abuse. The alternative staff named was moving a stuck player automatically, and that is the shape CityRP took: an /unstuck command frees a player without handing them noclip.
