CityRP's rules do not give corrupt government officers extra room to use force.

Why

Two requests failed staff votes. The first, in 2017, was denied with no reasoning recorded. Its follow-up was rejected in 2018 because corrupt RP was already being abused more often than not, to the point that staff discussed putting it behind admin approval. Loosening the rules would make that worse, not better.
