CityRP does not take over every screen or add voiced or text-to-speech announcements when a lockdown is called.
Why
Rejected by staff vote twice. In 2017 staff said it would be odd for screens inside private bases, some far outside the city, to start showing a lockdown message, and that signs which light up during a lockdown would be a better fit than hijacking every screen. In 2018 a second vote judged a lockdown alert overhaul to be a lot of work for little improvement to the gamemode.
