Life Alert Auto-Equip

CityRP does not equip the life alert automatically. It stays an item a player chooses to use.

Why

Rejected by staff vote in 2018. Voters pointed out that not everyone wants the government to know where they are, even after being killed, so sending a player's location on death has to stay the player's choice. Staff were open to a toggle, but not to making it automatic.
