Escort Time Limit

CityRP does not cap how long a player can be escorted.

Why

Rejected by staff vote in 2025. FearRP already has the same effect as a timer, the situation that prompted the request is rare, and staff can step in when it does happen: "For exceptional circumstances, contact staff to resolve situations like this."
