CityRP does not let the President shorten or extend a jail sentence.
Why
Blocked until the jail rework. Doctor Internet gave the underlying reason in 2017: sentences under the current jail system are too short to leave room for any in-depth roleplay about reducing them, so a power to change them has nothing to work with. He said at the time it could come back if the jail system changed, and the jail rework is that change.

The jail rework (#853, #420) lands.
