CityRP does not let town hall secretaries accept warrants.

Why

Rejected by staff vote in 2018. Warrant approval was already confused, with presidents accepting warrants without checking and then asking who had accepted one when something went wrong. Adding secretaries would make that worse. Staff also said it does not fit the job description and would be a lot of work.
