Licence Plate Detachment Fee

CityRP does not lower or remove the fee for detaching a licence plate when trading a car.

Why

Reviewed internally by staff in 2025 and kept. Staff did not want to hurt the low-end car market, but could not find another way to deal with the plate-trading problem the fee addresses, so the fee stays.
