CityRP does not sell shorter manufacturing timers, or the removal of the manufacturing cooldown, as a donator or membership perk.
Why
Denied by Vinic in 2015 for lack of support. The thread warmed to shortening manufacture times for everyone, not to making it a paid advantage.
Asked again for membership holders in 2018, it failed a staff vote. Voters noted the cooldown had already been reduced a few months earlier: "Voting no, it was already reduced a few months back, no need to completely remove it."
