CityRP's rules do not allow roleplaying real-world extremist groups or controversial real-world governments.
Why
Rejected by staff vote in 2018. Roleplaying a real extremist group gives that group a platform on the server, whatever the intent behind the roleplay, and much of the player base is young. Staff did not want the server to be that platform. Community First applies: the server's job is a community people want to be part of, and hosting real-world extremism works against that.
Fictional groups and governments written for the city are a different matter; this decision is about real ones.
