European Emergency Vehicles

CityRP does not add European-style emergency vehicles or liveries, or swap them in for the existing ones. That covers Sprinter police vans, European ambulances and fire engines, and EU-style skins.

Why

Emergency services in CityRP are American agencies, as the setting records: US-style vehicles, liveries, uniforms and lighting. A European vehicle does not fit, however good the model. That is the maintainer's ruling in 2026.

Staff reached the same answer repeatedly from 2016 onwards. Burnett blacklisted a van skin in 2016 as too European for a US-based map. The Rock declined a European ambulance the same year because the server wants US-style emergency vehicles. In 2017 SirWulf declined two Sprinter police van requests as better suited to EU police, and also below the quality standard for new vehicles. A 2016 fire truck request was withdrawn after staff pointed out the model's brand does not exist in the US.
