CityRP does not remove the Premium requirement from a vehicle reserved for Premium members.
Why
Premium keeps the servers running, and members should get something in return for it. Some vehicles are gated to a Premium level, and opening one to everyone removes part of that return. A Premium vehicle is a perk, not a missing car: anyone who wants one can become a member.
This was first decided in 2016, when donations were still called donator status: George declined a request to open up a donator-only vehicle for the same reason.
