Civilian Fire Extinguisher

CityRP does not sell fire extinguishers to civilians. Putting out fires is the firefighters' work.

Why

Rejected by staff vote in 2018: "if anything the fireman class needs expansion and more to do." A buyable extinguisher would take the one job firefighters exist for and hand it to whoever is standing nearest. Firefighting now sits within ERT, and the reasoning holds: a fire is a reason for a civilian and a firefighter to meet, which is what Systems Create Reasons to Interact asks for.
