SWAT Night Vision

CityRP does not give SWAT night vision for dark maps.

Why

Rejected by staff vote in 2020. The consensus was that batteries and flashlight attachments, once finished, are the answer to dark maps rather than night vision.

Revisit when

CW attachments on world models (#1948) land.
