CityRP does not stop warranted or BOLO'd players from storing their vehicle.
Why
Rejected by staff vote in 2020. The consensus was that getting away is the player's win, and police already have counters: "if you manage to escape, that's a good job to you, and there are already measures in place (scanning, warrants)." There is also already a delay on storing a vehicle that has just been scanned.
