CityRP does not sell caltrops or road spikes to non-government players. Spike strips stay government equipment.
Why
Rejected by staff vote in 2017. Staff were concerned that civilian spikes would turn play into a car-stopping simulator, and that they would make policing too hard when every chase could end on a strip laid by a criminal.
