Bulk Prop Packs

CityRP does not add props in bulk from the Workshop. A new prop or pack has to fill a gap the existing content does not, not add more of what is already there.
Why
Staff rejected furniture, road, construction and map prop packs by vote between 2017 and 2018. The reasoning was the same each time: more props that resemble ones already on the server do not improve what the server offers, and content size was already a problem. As the 2017 decision put it, "Continually adding new props does not good content make." A few narrower prop requests were approved in 2017, and in 2020 they were moved onto the suggestions-not-wanted list along with the rest.
This is a curation rule, not a limit on building. A City You Can Build depends on the props players already have; a request that names a real gap is judged on that gap.
