Player Security Cameras

Last updated 2 October 2026

CityRP does not have player-placeable CCTV or home security cameras beyond the existing RT and pole cameras.

Why

Both requests were approved in 2018 and then denied on review in 2024 over performance concerns. The 2024 decision left the door open to remaking a similar system if one is needed, but not as these requests described it. The RT camera and pole camera remain.
